Do you know how to clean La Marzocco Espresso Machine?

One of the espresso machines we really liked, but the question that came naturally was how do you clean it? Is it easy to maintain it in top condition?

Stick around, I’ve compiled a guide on how to properly clean it and I share tips and tricks along the way.

Key takeaways:

  • What you should know about Marzocco espresso makers
  • What to keep in mind when cleaning thoroughly a Marzocco espresso machine
  • The right way of cleaning the wand and water tank of a Marzocco espresso brewer

A little bit about La Marzocco Espresso Machine

La Marzocco was established as a company in 1927 in Florence where their headquarters are to this day.

They are more than just espresso machine manufacturers; they are artisans who build intuitive espresso brewers aesthetically pleasing that consistently make TOP TOP espresso.

Their products focus on:

  • Simplicity
  • Consistency
  • Legacy
  • Accessibility

Some of their most popular espresso machines are:

  • Linea Micra
  • Linea Mini
  • gs3

Here’s a review of a Marzocco machine owner:

Looks like a solid machine, but I think it looks a little too much like a cheaper little sibling to the LMLM, the origianl renders of this looked way better, this I find looks not so good. The portafilter while creative looks terrible, especially at that price. I think LM would have been better served to make a machine that didn’t look like the LMLM at this price point and make it stand out differently.

Αnd this is another customer review for  Marzocco espresso brewer

La Marzocco is best known for their commercial espresso equipment, but since the introduction of the home-friendly GS/3, they’ve had a special place in the hearts and minds of this site’s members. Built on the feedback from owners of the GS/3, they later introduced the La Marzocco Linea Mini. Like the GS/3, the Linea Mini has its fans who actively participate in the forums.
